Bio-Way Farm is a 120 acre farm with 100 acres of wooded land
surrounding 20 arable acres. We began farming in 2004 and our farm
continues to evolve on Permaculture design principles. We have a mix of
cultivated fields with asparagus and row crops, hardwood
forests, perennial polyculture gardens, and a forest garden in its
infancy. Through cover cropping, crop rotation, and the use of organic
amendments we work to provide our customers with fresh produce while
minimally impacting the environment. Our fruits and vegetables are
usually harvested within 24 hours of purchase. You can find our fresh
produce for sale at the Downtown Greenville Farmer's Market, Whole
Foods Farmer's Market and other natural food stores. Also, look for our
produce being served at local restaurants including High Cotton,
Devereaux's, American Grocery, and Stella's. During the growing season,
we welcome visitors to the farm for direct sales.
